How much will my delivery cost?

Every item that we sell costs us a different amount to ship to our customers and this can be extremely confusing. To make the delivery price transparent for our customers, we've placed our products into the easy to follow price brackets below.

Accessories Small items that can be shipped with a courier such as ornaments, cushions, lamps. £5.95
Occasional Small furniture items that can be sent with a courier such as most dining chairs, bar stools, bedsides and side tables. £9.95
Small Furniture Small furniture such as most 2 door sideboards, t.v. units, footstools, console and coffee tables. £29.95
Large Furniture Premium Service Large furniture that requires a 2 person delivery service. Large sideboards, cabinets, bookcases and some small dining tables and dining sets. Includes unpacking, any assembly and removal of packaging. £49.95
Large Dining & Beds Premium Service Most larger dining tables and dining sets. Double, King and Super King Beds. Includes unpacking, any assembly and removal of packaging. £89.95
Armchair Premium Service Single seat, armchairs and snugglers/love seats. Includes unpacking, screwing on feet and removal of packaging. £49.95
Sofas Premium Service All sofas of 2 seats or more including corner sofas. Includes unpacking, screwing on feet and removal of packaging. £79.95
Fragile Delivery Fragile items that cannot be shipped with a normal courier such as Artwork and Mirrors. £29.95
Small Rattan Delivery Smaller rattan outdoor furniture sets. £29.95
Large Rattan Delivery Larger rattan outdoor furniture sets including corner sets. £74.95


Please note:

  • Delivery charges are significantly less than the overall cost of delivery incurred by us.
  • Our premium service is offered at no extra cost to our customers.
  • We may on occasion use a different method of delivery to those stated above at our discretion. This will not change your delivery price.
  • We only charge for delivery once per transaction. Where an order has more than 1 item we will only charge for the item in the highest price bracket, this includes multiple sofas. For example 2x large sofas would only incur the £79.95 delivery charge once and not per sofa.
  • We sometimes use recycled packaging from our other items to ship your items.
  • We sometimes add additional recycled packaging materials where we think it will help to prevent damage in transit.
Who delivers my furniture?

We use different delivery partners according to the size, weight and type of item. For smaller items we use a courier who will deliver to your door. For items that are too large for a courier or items that require special care, we use a 2 person 'white glove' service. On very rare occasions large, abnormal and heavy items will need to be sent palletised but you will be made aware of this in advance. Deliveries by pallet are delivered kerbside and it will be your responsibility to dispose of or repurpose the pallet afterwards. If there is a problem receiving your item palletised prior to dispatch, you’ll be entitled to a refund.

Can I track my delivery?

Depending on the delivery partner used, you may receive a tracking number after dispatch that you can use to track the status of your delivery.

Do I need to be in to accept my delivery?

Yes, you need to be in to accept delivery of your furniture. Our delivery partners expect the package to be signed for by an adult and for larger items they will be taken to a room of choice.

I missed my delivery, what happens now?

If you have received a card from the delivery provider notifying you of a missed delivery, please follow their instructions on the card for how to rearrange your delivery. If you have missed your delivery and have been left no information by the delivery provider then please contact us to reschedule your delivery. Please make sure that you are confident that you will be home and contact us immediately if you know you need to make a change, as we may be able to alter your delivery slot.

Can I choose a delivery slot?

Depending on our delivery partner, you may be able to change your delivery slot after you have been notified of delivery and receive tracking information. Unfortunately we are unable to offer choice of delivery day at checkout. For items being delivered using our premium service, you will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a convenient date and time slot.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to process all accessory orders as quickly as possible and almost always within 7 days of receiving them, once your order has been processed you will typically receive your order within 1-5 working days. Sometimes we send lamps or lighting directly from our suppliers to minimise damage in transit and this can in some instances increase the amount of time it will take to receive your order. Items that are sent using our premium service or in some rare instances a palletised carrier can take up to 3 weeks after we receive your order into stock. Where an item is hand made to order in the UK, the lead time is shown on the products description, these are estimates only and do not include delivery time after we receive your order into our warehouse. Fragile items that need to be sent with a specialist carrier can take on average between 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on the delivery location.

Although rare, it’s possible that from time to time delivery partners are late with deliveries. Auburn Fox Limited take no responsibility for late deliveries by third party carriers and accept no liability for any expense, monetary or otherwise as a result of a late delivery. Complaints about late deliveries should in the first instance be directed to the delivery carrier.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

We take care to use the correct delivery method and packaging depending on the product we're shipping. All items are checked for damage prior to dispatch and are packed using durable materials designed to withstand the rigours of shipping. Sometimes we add additional packing materials to the boxes to help reduce damages. In the unlikely event that your item should arrive damaged, please retain the packaging and contact us as soon as possible at '' so we can advise on the next course of action. More information can be found under our returns policy.

Do you deliver abroad?

It is sometimes possible to ship smaller items over seas however this is expensive and isn't covered by our delivery charges. Please contact us and we’d be happy to provide a quote to ship your item oversees. Not all items are eligible for international shipping.
